I started my career as a licensed medical aesthetician — working in clinic, behind the chair, with patients. That experience gave me something most strategists never have: I know what it actually feels like to be a provider, to run a treatment room, to manage patient expectations, to sell from the inside out. I understand the operational realities of a practice — the scheduling pressures, the retail dynamics, the training gaps, the conversations that happen before and after a rep visit. That perspective is woven into everything I build.
